1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of casinotutor.com and any subdomain or service operated by CasinoTutor ("CasinoTutor", "we", "us"). By using the Site you confirm you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.

2. Definitions

11. Player Complaint Service

We may, at our sole discretion, accept and pursue complaints submitted by users against Operators. This service is free, voluntary and provided on the following basis:

  • By submitting a complaint you authorise us to disclose your submission and supporting evidence to the Operator concerned and, where appropriate, to a relevant regulator or ADR body, for the purpose of pursuing your case.
  • You warrant that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete and that you are the account holder concerned. Submitting false or misleading information may result in the complaint being closed and future submissions being refused.
  • We may publish the outcome of a complaint, and the substance of the dispute, in anonymised form on the Operator's review page.
  • Nothing in this service restricts your right to pursue the Operator through its licensing authority, an ADR provider or the courts, and we will always tell you where those routes lie.

12. User Reviews and Submissions

Where the Site permits player reviews, ratings or comments, you are solely responsible for what you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to publish, reproduce, adapt, translate and display that Submission on the Site and in related promotional material.

You must not submit anything that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, infringing of third-party rights, promotional or spam. You must not post reviews of an Operator you work for, are contracted by, or have been paid or incentivised by, and you must not post reviews of an Operator's competitors on that basis.

We moderate Submissions but do not undertake to verify their accuracy, and published Submissions represent the views of their authors, not of CasinoTutor. We may edit, refuse, remove or refuse to reinstate any Submission at our discretion. We may remove Submissions we believe to be inauthentic, including coordinated or incentivised reviews.

13. Intellectual Property

All Content, including the CasinoTutor name, logo, rating system and trust badge, is owned by CasinoTutor or its licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may view, download and print Content for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the source page.

Without our prior written permission you may not: copy, republish or redistribute Content in whole or in substantial part; scrape, harvest or use automated means to extract Content or our ratings database; use Content to train or fine-tune machine learning models; or use our brand assets or trust badge in a way that implies endorsement, certification or partnership. Operators may not display the CasinoTutor trust badge without a current, valid award and our written permission.

Operator names, logos, odds feeds, game images and sporting data remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes.

14. Acceptable Use

21. Suspension of Access

22. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, and create no agency, partnership or joint venture.
