About CasinoTutor

CasinoTutor is an independent review portal for online casinos and sportsbooks. We test operators, read the terms nobody reads, publish what we find, and take the side of the player when something goes wrong.

We are not a casino and not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold funds or pay out winnings. What we sell is nothing — the site is free. What we offer is a verdict you can check, and a place to go when an operator has treated you badly.

What We Cover

Thêm câu dẫn bao quát:

  • Online casino reviews: Licensing, game library, RTP transparency, bonus fairness, payment methods, withdrawal speed, KYC behaviour and support quality - for every casino in our database.
  • Sportsbook and betting site reviews: Odds quality and margin, market depth, live betting and cash-out, betting limits, bonus terms, and - the part most review sites skip - whether the bookmaker restricts or closes accounts that win.
  •
  • Bonuses and promotions: Casino welcome packages, no-deposit offers, free spins, free bets, odds boosts and loyalty schemes, with the wagering requirements and restrictions translated into plain English.
  • Free casino games: 5000+ slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and video poker playable in demo mode - no account, no deposit, no real money.
  • Guides and industry news: Regulation, payment methods, game and odds mathematics, and what changes at operator level that affects your money.
  • Player complaints: A free mediation service when a casino or bookmaker will not resolve your issue. See below.

What CasinoTutor Is Not

We are clear about our limits, because much of the damage in this industry is done by sites that blur them.

  • We hold no gambling licence and operate no gambling service.
  • We are not a regulator and not an ADR body. Our complaint service is voluntary mediation — operators are not obliged to answer us, and we cannot compel any outcome.
  • We do not offer financial, legal or tax advice, and we do not sell betting tips or "systems".
  • We cannot guarantee you will win. Every casino game carries a house edge, and every sportsbook builds a margin into its odds. Long-term, the mathematics favours the operator.

How We Review an Online Casino

Every casino goes through the same sequence, so a review published this month and one published last year remain comparable.

  1. Licence and ownership. We verify the licence number on the regulator's own public register - not on the casino's footer - and identify the parent company, sister brands and their track record. A group with a history of confiscating winnings does not get a clean slate under a new domain.
  2. Terms and conditions audit. We read the full T&C looking for the clauses that cost players money: maximum win caps on bonuses, dormancy fees, unlimited-discretion clauses, vague "irregular play" definitions, and withdrawal limits that make a large win effectively unpayable.
  3. Registration and KYC. We sign up as an ordinary player and record what documents are demanded, at what stage, and how long verification takes. KYC demanded only at withdrawal, never at deposit, is a red flag we report.
  4. Deposit and gameplay. We fund the account with our own money and play across slots, table games and live dealer, checking game providers are genuine and that RTP information is disclosed.
  5. Bonus test. We claim the headline offer and check whether it is realistically clearable under its own terms.
  6. Withdrawal test. The decisive step. We request a cashout and time it from request to funds received, and we record every extra hurdle placed in the way.
  7. Support test. Real questions, at different hours, on live chat and email. We grade the quality of the answer, not just the speed.
  8. Safer gambling audit. Whether deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion actually exist, work, and can be found in under a minute.
  9. Ongoing re-checks. Every listed operator is re-verified on a rolling schedule and after any complaint, licence change or ownership change.

How We Review a Sportsbook

Betting sites need different tests. A bookmaker can have flawless support and still be a poor place to bet.

Odds quality and margin. We measure the overround across major markets and compare it with the market average. A sportsbook with generous bonuses and consistently poor prices costs you more than one with no bonus at all.

Market depth. How many sports, leagues and bet types are actually offered, including whether coverage extends past the headline competitions into lower divisions, and how deep the player-props and outright markets go.

Live betting and cash-out. In-play latency, market suspension behaviour, and whether cash-out values are fair or heavily discounted.

Limits and account restrictions. Maximum stakes and maximum payouts by sport, and — critically, how quickly the operator limits or closes accounts that show a profit. We report stake restriction as a review factor because for a winning bettor it is the single most important one.

Bonus and free-bet terms. Minimum odds requirements, whether stake is returned, rollover conditions, market and settlement restrictions.

Settlement and payout. How quickly markets settle after an event ends, how disputes over voided or mis-priced bets are handled, and how long withdrawals take.

Data, statistics and streaming. Live scores, statistics, bet builders and streaming rights — and what qualifying conditions apply.

Full weighting for both methodologies is on How We Rate, and the entry requirements an operator must meet before appearing on the site at all are on How We Choose.

Our Rating System, Trust Badges and Blacklist

Every operator in our database is scored against published criteria and given a reputation level.

  • CasinoTutor Trust Badge - awarded to operators that hold a valid licence from a recognised regulator, pay out reliably in our testing, publish fair terms, and resolve complaints properly. It is earned, and it can be withdrawn.
  • Warning level - for operators with unresolved complaints, terms we consider predatory, or a pattern of slow or conditional payouts. Still listed, but flagged.
  • Blacklist - operators we advise players to avoid entirely: confiscated winnings, refusal to pay verified withdrawals, cloned or fake licences, unlicensed operation in markets where a licence is required, or a refusal to engage with legitimate player complaints.

Ratings, badges and blacklist entries are our editorial opinion, formed from documented testing and evidence submitted by players. An operator that disputes a listing is welcome to make its case at [PARTNERSHIPS EMAIL] — with evidence. Blacklist entries are not removed in exchange for money, advertising or partnership, and no amount of commercial pressure has ever moved one. That is the whole point of having one.

Player Complaints: How We Help

If a casino or sportsbook is refusing to pay you, has voided your bets, or has locked your account without explanation, submit the case through our complaint form.

  • What we do: review the evidence you provide against the operator's published terms, contact the operator directly and ask for a written explanation, mediate between you and the operator, publish the outcome on the operator's review page, and adjust their rating or blacklist them if they refuse to engage.
  • What we cannot do: force an operator to pay, access your account, overturn a regulator's decision, or act as a court. We have no legal authority - our leverage is public and reputational, and with some operators that is enough. With others it is not.
  • What we always tell you: if mediation fails, escalate to the operator's licensing authority or to the ADR provider named in its terms. Those bodies have binding powers we do not, and we will help you identify the right one.

Every complaint outcome - resolved, rejected or ignored — feeds back into that operator's score.

Player Reviews

Alongside expert testing we publish reviews from real players, because a hundred people's withdrawal experiences reveal patterns that our own testing cannot.

Submitted reviews are moderated for abuse, spam and obvious operator astroturfing before publication. We do not delete negative reviews at an operator's request, and we do not permit operators to post reviews of themselves or of competitors.

Editorial Independence and How We Are Funded

The site is free. We are funded through affiliate commission: when a reader registers with an operator through a link on CasinoTutor, that operator may pay us. You never pay more, and your bonus is never smaller, for arriving through us.

That funding model creates an obvious conflict of interest. Here is how we contain it:

  • Rankings, scores and badges are not for sale. No operator can buy a position.
  • A commercial relationship is not a pass mark. We publish negative findings about partners, downgrade them, and remove them when they fail our standards.
  • Reviews are written before commercial terms are discussed, and commercial staff have no editorial sign-off.
  • Blacklisted and unlicensed operators are never listed, regardless of what they offer.
  • Complaints against partner operators are handled identically to complaints against anyone else.
  • Every page carrying affiliate links is disclosed as such.

If a piece of our coverage ever reads like it was bought, tell us at [EDITORIAL EMAIL]. We would rather be corrected than quietly stop being trusted.

Our Team

CasinoTutor's content is produced by 10 reviewers, writers and analysts with backgrounds in casino operations, sports trading, payments, game mathematics and gambling regulation, supported by 20+ testers across 30+ countries who verify what actually happens on the ground because a casino that pays out in three hours in one country may take three weeks in another.

Every review carries a named author and a last-updated date. Profiles are on our Authors page.

Accuracy and Corrections

Terms change without notice. Offers are withdrawn. Payment methods disappear by country. We re-verify on a schedule, but a page can still fall out of date between checks.

If you find something wrong, email [email protected] with the URL and what you found. We investigate every report, correct what needs correcting, and update the page's timestamp.

Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment. It is not income, not an investment, and not a way out of financial trouble.

We audit the safer-gambling tools of every operator we list, and we would rather lose a commission than send someone to a site that makes it hard to set a limit or walk away. Free, confidential help - none of it run by us or by any operator - is listed on our Responsible Gambling page.

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this site: 18 in most places, 19 or 21 in others.
